The elastic has just the right amount of give, and the snap closure clicks securely every time I attach it to my kit. I've used it for positioning on a couple of jobs and the webbing feels robust, so I'm not worried about it letting go mid-task.

Used it for a cable-pulling job where I needed my tool within reach but not dangling everywhere, and that elastic-and-webbing combo held firm the whole time. The snap hook clicks securely without any annoying play, so it's become a daily carry now.

The elastic retraction is just right—snaps back snugly without yanking, and the life safety webbing gives me confidence it won't let go when I really need it. Used it for extraction drill practice and it held up cleanly on every pull.
