The elastic gives it just enough give that I can pull it out and it snaps back without yanking the hardware loose, which was my main worry. The webbing feels sturdy too, so I trust it for positioning work where I need both hands free.

The snap hardware clicks in securely and the elastic pulls back smoothly every time, even after a few weeks of daily use. I’ve been using it to keep a heavy tool within reach on the job site, and the life safety webbing gives me real peace of mind that it won’t snap mid-task.

The elastic retraction is just right—pulls back snugly without ever feeling like it's fighting me, and the life-safety webbing gives real peace of mind when I'm hauling gear around. My co-worker tried to yank it off my belt just to test it, and the snap didn't budge.
