HEL-STAR 5 EXO® LE Tactical model was designed for Law Enforcement tactical operations and offers a low profile, snag-free marker for personnel and K9 marking.
• Three user-defined functions in White, Green, Red, Blue, and/or IR (flashing, coded, or steady) in various intensities.

• Low profile allows for less probability of the marker light snagging. Great for K9 Applications where the K9 unit will be traversing various obstacles
• IR – Team tracking using NODS, Drone marking, sniper NV over watch, or overhead helicopter cameras. A substantial improvement over past options (IR reflective patches) due to its 360- degree visibility.
• Versatility - Three user-defined functions in White, Green, Red, Blue and/or IR (flashing, coded, or steady) in various intensities.
• Safety - Low, no-snag profile. Velcro attachment provides an emergency break-away feature.
• Operation - Detented sliding switches operate in the blind and provide tactile confirmation of ON/OFF and operating mode.
• Visibility - White flash meets FAA 3 statute mile requirements; redesigned LED element provides full 180 degree side-visibility.
• Waterproof - Designed for waterproof operation at 66 feet plus.
• Helmet Friendly - Smaller footprint; 20 grams lighter than original design.
• Battery - Replaceable lithium C123 cell; no tools are required.

Switches are designed for positive operation by a gloved hand, in the blind, with the helmet donned.
The illumination strip is flexible and designed to contour to the mounting surface. This is perfect for K9 Vests and other odd mounting shapes.
